Rowan Preparatory School are seeking to appoint an outstanding, inspiring and creative Head of Languages (French and Latin) from September 2022. You should be able to develop the girls’ intellectual curiosity across every aspect of the curriculum and be committed to developing their enjoyment of languages.


With expertise subject knowledge and a passion for languages, you should be able to develop the girls understanding and curiosity in French and Latin and have a clear philosophy and understanding of how to deliver lessons in French across the whole school.  
As the Head of Languages you will lead and develop this exciting curriculum area for all pupils. You will also have the ability to bring the curriculum to life with hands on experiences and residential trips to France.   In addition to teaching Languages at Rowan, you will have the opportunity to be a Form Tutor and teach core subjects such as maths and English.
