The appointee will build on existing strengths in A-level and BTEC Law and drive improvements to ensure the excellent teaching continues to result in sustained success for all courses within the department.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding teacher with a record of high student achievement. They will be committed to quality improvement and have the ability to engage and inspire staff and students alike. Ideally they will also have demonstrable experience of leading others to deliver successful outcomes. The post holder will be involved in promoting enrichment and enhancement activities as well as the promotion of the department and wider College.
