The Vacancy

Coworth Flexlands Prep School and Nursery is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Head of Learning Support from September 2023. The successful applicant will lead a team that supports students with specific learning difficulties, alongside teaching a small groups and 1:1 support lessons themselves. They will be energetic and cheerful with a genuine determination to help all pupils achieve their potential, and to support staff in the endeavour. 

The successful candidate must have a minimum Grade C/4 in GCSE Maths and English.

This is a part time work 3 days a week, 8-4pm. Coworth Flexlands has its own salary scales and the successful applicant will be offered a salary commensurate with their qualifications and experience.

The School

Coworth Flexlands is an Independent Prep School and Nursery offering high-quality education for girls from age 3 to 11 and boys to age 7. It is a warm and welcoming school with long serving staff and supportive parents and governors.
