Head of Learning Support (SENCO)

We are a family of independent day and boarding schools comprising Prior Park College, Bath, The Paragon Junior School (Bath) and Prior Park School Gibraltar. Each School provides a high achieving, Christian education. Our encouraging ethos nurtures pupils to become confident, capable, compassionate and independent young people.

We are looking for a committed, dynamic and suitably qualified SENCO to lead our Gibraltar school in further developing the support we give our pupils with SEN. The position is available from September 2021, however we would consider a January 2022 start for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have had previous experience in running a department catering for the needs of students with a range of Specific Learning Difficulties and will have attained qualifications which allow assessment of pupils for access arrangements, where appropriate. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to be involved and to contribute to the wider extra-curricular life of this successful day school.
