Job overview

Head of Learning Support / SENCo

To commence September 2018

With superb facilities, a beautiful working environment, a reputation for pastoral and extra-curricular excellence and an idiosyncratic heritage, Wycliffe is a special place to work.

The quality of our Learning Support provision has, again-and-again, been picked out as one of the strongest features of the school – we are looking for someone to lead the Senior School team (pupils from Year 9 to Year 13) forward and build on this reputation for excellence. The successful candidate will possess inspiration, knowledge, experience and, above all, a deep-rooted drive and commitment to helping every single pupil unlock and fulfil their individual academic potential.

The post-holder will be expected to contribute to the wider extra-curricular and pastoral life of the school (including Boarding).

For the right candidate, accommodation suitable for a single person (or a couple) might be made available in return for greater involvement in the boarding life of the school.

Completed applications to be received by 12 noon on Tuesday 16th January

Interviews will be held on Wednesday 24th January 2018.
