Prospect House School is an independent prep school in Putney for children aged 3 to 11. We are looking for an outstanding teacher who is able to drive professional standards, impact teaching and lead by example throughout the school.

The successful candidate will also be able to inspire, enthuse and lead colleagues, whilst showing the ability to deal with difficult issues in a professional manner should they arise. He or she will be well-qualified (with a proven track record), creative and forward thinking, and have a good understanding of how to use data, make decisions and lead staff. Reporting directly to the headmaster, the successful candidate will play a key role in the strategic leadership of the school and be a member of the senior leadership team. The job is professionally interesting and extremely rewarding.

About Prospect House School

Prospect House School is a non-denominational, non-selective, co-educational, independent day school for children aged 3-11. It is situated in Putney, West London. There are currently 300 pupils at the school.

A member of the Independent Association of Preparatory Schools, Prospect House opened its doors in 1991. It is located on two sites. The Lower School accommodates children aged 3-7. The Upper School is for pupils aged 7-11 and is a five-minute walk away. Both schools are set in large grounds with spacious playgrounds. The Upper School has the additional resource of an all-weather sports area.

Prospect House School is part of Dukes Education Group.

Physical skills develop to a high level. A rigorous, broad and well-balanced curriculum provides extremely well for all the pupils, whose attitudes to learning are exemplary. An outstanding range of extra-curricular activities, visits and trips supports pupils learning strongly."
