The Urswick School is an oversubscribed 11-19 Secondary School in the centre of Hackney.
The school is looking to appoint an excellent Head of Mandarin Chinese. We teach Mandarin from Year 7 to GCSE and in the Sixth Form. An Urswick student has previously graduated to Cambridge University to study Mandarin and we hope this will be the first of many.
You will need to teach Mandarin across the school and be able to demonstrate excellent outcomes.
We are a Church of England Secondary School with a diverse student intake and a staff team which reflects this diversity.
