The BOA Group is a unique and outstanding creative educational hybrid, committed to the highest standards of excellence. We are a growing Multi-Academy Trust offering creative hubs for the expressive arts and for specialist technical and digital skills. Currently comprising of three academies – ‘BOA Creative, Digital and Performing Arts’ (opened in 2011), ‘BOA Stage and Screen Production Academy’ (opened in 2021) and ‘BOA Digital Technologies’ (opened in September 2022) – we also have the Old Rep Theatre, in the heart of Birmingham City Centre, within our portfolio.


We are at an exciting time of growth and are now seeking to appoint a Head of Marketing and Admissions across the group. You will be responsible for achieving the academies' admissions targets by providing strategic marketing to develop and implement commercially viable business plans and marketing/recruitment activities/strategies to continuously improve and drive good levels of student recruitment and engagement.


Responsible for a small team, you will have overall responsibility for all marketing activity across the Group, initially bringing the function in-house and centralising for all 3 academies. You will ensure the admissions and appeals process is efficient and effective. 


We are keen to attract a talented and experienced Marketing expert with a sound knowledge of Admissions and Appeals who can lead and motivate a team, has a keen attention to detail and is able to prioritise effectively with competing demands and peak periods, throughout the year. Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels will be key.

Although hours will normally be 8.15am-4.45pm flexibility is a key attribute as there will be a requirement to work some evenings and weekends, depending on events.
