Job overview

An international organisation with a high performing culture and inspirational learning at our core, we have over 85 schools across the world, helping to educate over 55,000 young people. Each of our schools is as individual as its students, but we all share one common purpose: to create an inspiring world of education. We do this by sharing expertise, insights and best practice across our global family – and by collaborating to develop rich learning environments in every school.

If you are an experienced marketing and admissions professional, capable of supporting and influencing multiple stakeholders and developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, we have a unique opportunity to join our family of UK schools and help them grow.

Responsible for a cluster of schools across the UK, you will work with the senior leadership teams to help shape the vision for the schools you support by identifying creative and innovative marketing initiatives to support pupil growth and sharing of industry leading best practice. This role is home based, with the requirement to travel to schools as and when required.

Sales and target focused, you will have strategic and tactical marketing experience within a customer focused industry where delivery of the experience is paramount to success.

Interested candidates are invited to contact RSAcademics to arrange a confidential discussion about the role:

Launched in 2004, Cognita is an extraordinary community of diverse yet connected schools, spanning sixteen different countries.

At Cognita, we know every student is unique. We nurture their distinct personalities and strengths. We support them academically, socially, and emotionally, wherever they are in the world, wherever they’re starting from.

And each and every one of our schools is unique too. We protect what’s special about them, while offering them rich knowledge, opportunities, and best practices. And they get to be part of something bigger. We open their classrooms to the collective wisdom of over 100 schools in 16 countries, ensuring every child gets an education that’s, quite literally, world class.

It’s an individual approach that empowers every school, teacher and student to focus on what they do best. And thrive.

We want to help you go further. If you work with us, you’ll be joining a community of 18,000 teachers and staff in over 100 schools worldwide. And we have offices in the UK, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and Asia.

Our exchange programmes give you the chance to see other parts of the world. And learn to be strong leaders with regional leadership events and bespoke UCL leadership programmes. There’s something for everyone.

We want teachers who love what they do and bring that passion into the classroom. And we want leaders who can take us forward. That’s why we invest in our people with benefits and opportunities for professional development. We get passionate people and you get vibrant and rewarding careers.

Please note that you are wholly responsible for fact checking in respect of the information provided by schools. Please also check for the latest visa and work permit requirements that may apply.
