Enfield County School for Girls is seeking to appoint an engaging, effective, motivated and passionate Head of Mathematics to develop and lead the department across key stages 3, 4 and 5 in our busy culturally diverse split-site local authority maintained school. 

The successful candidate will have experience of teaching students with an excellent record of outcomes and current leadership experience as Head of Mathematics, or for example leadership of a key stage.

A core part of the role will include ensuring the continued development of the department in bringing out the full potential of colleagues new to post alongside leading more experienced colleagues in their continued professional learning.

The person appointed will feel ready to lead others in an exceptional department in a school where students are motivated and keen to learn; with the organisational skills and drive to shape the vision for Mathematics, ensuring it remains popular and successful. 

You will join a high achieving school and a fully supportive department alongside a hardworking and skilled team of specialist teachers with a commitment to ensuring excellent outcomes for our students.
