King Ethelbert is an 11- 18, 850 mixed secondary school in East Kent. We have had a £20 million rebuild through BSF providing the school with excellent facilities throughout including a new and refurbished maths suite.
We are the most successful non-selective school in Thanet and are a strategic partner of East Kent Learning Alliance. We are federated with a local outstanding grammar school and became an academy in 2011. We are proud to be a model school for Kent, developing the most effective techniques to improve student progress.
