Vacancy: Head of Mathematics, L6 to L10 (starting point can be agreed at interview)

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, ambitious and dynamic leader who is committed to ensuring every child is stretched and challenged to reach their full potential. To reflect the importance of this role, the successful candidate will be appointed on the leadership pay scale. The school seeks to recognise and retain high-quality leaders and therefore the successful candidate would have the opportunity for further promotion, if they show outstanding leadership within the maths department. 

This vacancy would suit a new or experienced leader, who is driven to ensure the best outcomes for all students.

We are a small, happy school, in the heart of Thornton, with around 870 students on roll and have been oversubscribed for 13 years.
