With growing numbers of pupils choosing our school, we are now looking to appoint a Head of Maths to work closely with our Director of MET, to join a department that wants to encourage all our students to achieve success.
The successful candidate will have an unwavering commitment to raising standards within the Department and be highly motivated, creative and above all resilient.
We’re situated in the former industrial heartland of Yorkshire, close to the junction of the M62 and A1 and its transport links. The Trust currently comprises four schools across the primary and secondary phases, with plans for future growth and the opportunities that brings.

About Airedale Academy
Airedale Academy is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school with a sixth form in West Yorkshire, serving students from the ages of 11 to 18. The secondary school, situated in Airedale, Castleford has 1100 students on record. It is part of Northern Ambition Academies Trust, a 4 school MAT spanning an age range of 2-18.
The school maintained its judgement of good by Ofsted in 2022.
