The Maths Department at West Park is a successful, supportive and highly skilled team of teachers and teaching assistants. It is a vibrant and ambitious department committed to continual professional development, co-operation and sharing excellent practice. We are committed to appointing only the most inspirational teachers. Our teachers routinely deliver great lessons, which are well planned, challenging, innovative and active for our pupils. The successful applicants must be prepared to share their practice with colleagues and fully contribute to our in-house programme of continuing professional development

The successful applicant will be accountable for, and provide, professional leadership and management for the subject whilst also securing high quality teaching, effective use of resources and improved standards of learning and achievement for all pupils.
