North Bridge House Prep School, is an Outstanding school (December 2015) with over 485 students. Founded in 1939,is an independent co-educational day school for Years 3- 8. We are a highly regarded, oversubscribed and friendly all-ability prep school. We wish to appoint an “Outstanding” teacher and well-motivated, inspiring leader who is passionate about maths. The successful candidate will have a proven record of delivering outstanding results, with a determination to provide effective leadership and management to raising student achievement in maths.
We are looking for a colleague who:
- Is keen to develop take the next step in their career by leading on specific whole school areas such Timetable (for 2018), Student Leadership and Extra Curricular Clubs or Staff Coaching and Mentoring
- Has the leadership experience, vision and motivation necessary to drive forward school improvement in maths
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills to inspire and motivate all members of our school community
- Has a view of education that promotes all aspects of a young person’s development
