Head of Maths

Brighton College Prep Kensington opened in South Kensington in September 2023 and will expand further in September 2024. A member of the outstanding Brighton College Family of schools, we seek outstanding and inspirational teachers and leaders with a demonstrable passion for their subject.

We are looking for an exceptional Head of Maths who will provide first-class teaching and learning opportunities for pupils across the school. Exceptional people skills, flexibility and energy, together with a willingness to go the extra mile, are all essential qualities. 

Please note that knowledge of teaching Maths at KS3 and above is sought as the successful candidate will primarily teach Years 6, 7, and 8. Pupils will be prepared for a variety of independent schools, including to scholarship level. The successful candidate will also be an academic and pastoral tutor to a small group of children.

Brighton College Prep Kensington is a busy prep school and we expect all colleagues to embrace all aspects of our school. This includes coaching games, attending Open Mornings and accompanying children on trips and residential.
