The Head of Middle Years holds a senior position within the school, and is responsible for all aspects of the experience of members of the Lower and Upper Remove and Fifth Form at King’s. Reporting to The Assistant Head (Pupil Development) and working closely with The Assistant Head (Pastoral), The Deputy Head (Academic), The Senior Deputy and The Headmaster, he/she will be responsible for the successful, further development of years 9-11 within the school. He/she will represent these year groups to pupils and staff within the school, to parents and prospective parents and to the wider community, ensuring that the vision of an inclusive programme for these year groups, focused both on academic achievement and all round contribution to school life, is widely known and appreciated.
