Head of Modern Foreign Languages and Teacher of French

Pay Scale: MPS / UPS + TLR 1B

At The Rodillian Academy we believe that all children should have the chance to learn a language and are committed to opening up opportunities to learn and speak French as well as visit France and experience French culture, taking our Year 7 students to the South of France each year. We seek an inspiring and ambitious Head of Modern Foreign Languages and Teacher of French to lead the next phase of our journey. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of excellence, an outstanding teaching ability, have the skills to motivate and engage students, have the ambition to build upon the already gained successes in our high achieving department and drive French forward within the school.

The Rodillian Academy is the flagship school of The Rodillian Multi Academy Trust. We are housed in a £27 million building which opened in 2008 with state of the art technologies across all departments. In figures published in January 2018, the Rodillian Academy was ranked with the highest Progress 8 score in Leeds.
