Job overview
We wish to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Head of Modern Foreign Languages (MFL). This position is central to the development of the academy and we therefore seek to appoint an outstanding professional to this role. The successful candidate will lead a team of staff including the EAL Co-ordinator, overseeing the teaching of MFL which delivers French and Spanish from KS3 to A-Level.
As a department leader, we are looking for an imaginative, highly motivated and committed individual who will be highly effective in raising standards of achievement in MFL.
This individual will have the vision to deliver high standards whilst making a full contribution to the ethos, identity and life of the academy.
Lincoln Castle Academy is a thriving 11-18 academy situated close to the cultural quarter of the historic city of Lincoln.
