Wycombe Abbey is a full boarding school which provides an outstanding all-round education for girls aged 11 to 18.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic modern linguist to lead a flourishing department. The successful applicant will be expected to shape the vision of the department so that it continues to adapt and develop in the changing educational environment. The School aims to instil a love of language learning in all girls and many go on to study languages at university. The department runs a wide range of extra-curricular activities for girls as well as overseas trips.
Wycombe Abbey has its own salary scale which is well above that of the maintained sector. Rental accommodation may be available if required.
