We are looking for a talented and committed practitioner with a drive for excellence and the ability to inspire our students to join the school as Head of Music. The successful candidate will lead the curriculum development of Music throughout the school, with responsibility for the day-to-day running of the department and the academic progress of students.

The successful candidate must have experience of teaching across a range of key stages, with the ability to raise student achievement and add value within the Creative Arts curriculum, as well as knowledge and understanding of the current Music specifications at Key Stage 4. Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for teaching your subject is essential.

The successful candidate must hold an appropriate teaching certificate and Qualified Teacher Status (or equivalent).
