Ashmole Academy Trust was formed in 2015 building upon the success of Ashmole Academy and its tradition of outstanding school performance.  The trust currently consists of a primary and secondary school.

Ashmole Academy has a forward looking and innovative approach to all areas of school life and demand high standards of achievement. The school has an excellent reputation within the local community with strong support from governors and parents and a dedicated and highly motivated team of staff. We currently have approximately 1600 pupils with a growing and vibrant 6th Form of approximately 330.  Our examination results are consistently outstanding and the Academy remains heavily oversubscribed every year. 

Required for April or September 2019 an enthusiastic and experienced teacher to take responsibility for the management and leadership of PE.   The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success with the ability to motivate, inspire and promote PE within the school.   

PE is a well-established subject within the school and is delivered across all year groups, it is an examined subject at GCSE and A Level.  The school also offers a rich extra-curricular programme of activities for students to undertake at lunchtimes and after school.   The School has an excellent tradition of success in competitive sport.
