We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Head of PE to lead a successful and supportive team in a highly aspirational and well-established department. This post provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced PE Teacher to develop their career who will be required to teach PE across KS3 and KS4, and all ability ranges. You will also be responsible for the management of effective and efficient teaching and learning support in key areas of the School. You will conduct regular meetings, professional development and coaching with staff, setting targets and improving performance.
You will be committed to our values, be energetic, have strategic and creative leadership skills and a good sense of humour. The successful candidate will have a great opportunity to build upon the success of the department by raising standards even further, focusing on increasing the progress of all groups of learners as well as enhancing the quality of teaching and learning.
