Are you an ambitious and passionate teacher looking for a great opportunity to work in a vibrant and high achieving school?

A rare opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and highly motivated Head of PE. The successful candidate will have a real passion for teaching and learning and will join our School in February 2023 or as soon after.

The PE team is well established, thriving department within the school with several senior and pastoral leaders as part of the PE team.

The student voice often reflects the success of the PE department, with student expressing their enjoyment within PE.

We are looking for an experienced, qualified teacher who will inspire our students in the classroom by delivering innovative curricula and giving them the confidence to think for themselves as they progress through our academy.

You will be required to teach PE across the full age and ability range within both Key Stages 3 and 4, including GCSE level (with the potential to teach KS5 depending on the candidate), with the ability, drive and commitment to maintain and improve the current success rate.

We boast an excellent sustained success rate, placing us in the top 6% for outcomes in the country, with over 35% of students moving on to attend Russell Group universities.
