Due to the promotion of our current Head of PE to Assistant Headteacher there is an exciting vacancy for a motivated, enthusiastic and innovative Head of PE who is able to lead a dynamic and supportive department. You will be able to ensure high achievement and the most positive outcomes for all our students and staff.

Ricards Lodge High School is a girls-only, comprehensive secondary school with sixth form situated in Wimbledon, south-west London. It is a community state school and was known as The Wimbledon Day Commercial School when it opened in 1924.
A larger than average secondary school, Ricards Lodge provides 1,200 places for students between the ages of 11 and 19 when fully subscribed.

Ricards Lodge High School has a specialism in the performing arts and has gained the Artsmark Gold Award. The school believes that the risk-taking nature of the arts helps to increase self-esteem and self-confidence, as well as improving students' attitudes to learning.
