This is an exciting and challenging role leading a growing team of HR professionals and shaping and delivering a professional service to the organisation.

We are looking for an engaged and self-motivated HR professional, currently operating at Head of Department or Senior Business Partner level.  You will have generalist HR experience, including experience of organisational development, and a successful track record of leading a People team.  You will have the ability to work strategically, interpreting business plans into impactful HR initiatives as well as dealing with critical HR operational issues. This post is responsible and accountable for the operational day-to-day running and management of the People Team and will sit on our senior management team.
