Ark Putney Academy opened in September 2012 as part of the Ark network in the London Borough of Wandsworth. Ark Putney is a mixed school with 830 students, ranging from year 7 through to a very successful sixth form.
We are looking to appoint a Head of Performing Arts to plan and deliver challenging and engaging lessons that instill a passion for learning. The Performing Arts faculty is a hard-working department that enjoys a positive working atmosphere in state of the art facilities including a dedicated Drama Theatre, Music recording studio, practice rooms, free instrumental lessons to all KS3 students through our successful peripatetic programme and a suite of Apple computers.
