We are seeking to appoint an outstanding, motivated, inspirational teacher and values driven leader who is passionate about the performing arts and ensuring all students have an excellent arts education.
We wish to appoint a middle leader who is creative and flexible and enjoys watching young people grow in confidence and skill in addition to supporting staff to be excellent in their role. You will be a passionate advocate for students’ learning and development and be relentless in your pursuit of excellence whilst providing high levels of challenge and support. You will work with a wide range of people both internally and externally to develop best practice and supportive relationships which allows students realise their full potential. Performing Arts is central to the academy’s mission to eradicate inequality and is a thriving area of the school with excellent outcomes for young people both personally and academically. We are looking for a candidate who will build on the faculties considerable successes and enhance provision further to be a beacon of excellence within TEMA and beyond. The faculty enjoys excellent facilities and a practitioner from any discipline will be considered.
