We are seeking applications for a Head of Performing Arts with the drive and vision, to deliver excellence in our Performing Arts department at a time of changes at GCSE. A candidate with a clear focus on outstanding outcomes for students, you will ensure effective teaching and learning is in place in Performing Arts to rapidly raise standards at GCSE.
Outwood Academy Ripon, achieved a progress score of 0.83; 75% of students passed with level 4-9 in English and Maths. 91.2% students passed with level 4-9 in Maths and 79% passed with level 4-9 in English. Leadership experience is not essential, but applicants must be able to demonstrate the skills required to lead a department.
