Jubilee High School is seeking an inspirational leader to join our vibrant school community as Head of Performing Arts. You will lead a new team of passionate teachers to provide outstanding education and enrichment opportunities for every student.


As Head of Department, you will oversee the strategic development and vision for Performing Arts at Jubilee High. Key responsibilities will include developing the curriculum, supporting your team in delivering outstanding lessons, leading on assessing student outcomes and progress, fostering partnerships within our community to support extra-curricular opportunities. We are looking for an ambitious and dedicated professional who shares our ethos of nurturing the well-being of both students and staff.

Our school is in an exciting phase as part of the high achieving Bourne Education Trust. Following our "Good" Ofsted grading and major site refurbishments, we are driven in continuing to enhance our students’ learning experience both in and out of the classroom.

About Bourne Education Trust

Bourne Education Trust ('BET') was established in 2011 and has grown steadily since then.  It is largely Surrey based with 21 of its 26 schools there, but has over time also expanded into Hampshire and Richmond.  It is made up of 21 academies and 5 associate schools.  Of its 26 schools, 13 are primaries, 9 are secondaries, 2 are specialist schoools and 2 are pupil referral units.  It is responsible for the education of approximately 12,500 pupils and employs over 1,300 staff.  The Trust is organised into both phases and geographical clusters to support specialist and cross-phase collaboration.
