Trinity Academy is a highly oversubscribed free school that opened in 2019. We are a values based community that focuses on the learning of all students and staff, that cares deeply for our young people and each other and that is committed to co-curricular enrichment. We believe that pastoral learning is as important as academic learning and a key to unlocking the potential of young people. Our stated goal is to be a +1 school for progress and, as such, we are looking for a highly motivated, professional and well qualified pastoral leader to join us in realising our mission.

The Phase One leader oversees the student journey from admission in Year 6 to the end of Year 8, working with and through a team of dedicated and extremely hardworking pastoral support leaders. This is a unique opportunity to join a team that is establishing a new school entering our third year and to substantially contribute to its ongoing success.

The post has a 50% teaching timetable for which we will consider any subject specialism.
