Head of Pre-Prep

Due to retirement, a Head of Pre-Prep is required for September 2022 to be a member of the Senior Leadership Team and lead the Pre-Prep department (3-7 year olds).

The successful candidate will be a warm and nurturing practitioner who has excellent knowledge and skills as to how to educate young children. They will be an effective communicator who is able to form very positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents. This is a key position and would suit a candidate who loves working with young children and is ready for the exciting challenge of leadership. Key skills would include being empathetic, organised and the ability to inspire others.
