We are seeking an individual to join a committed and thriving Preparatory School and a staff team who are wholly centred on the development of each individual pupil.

The Head of Pre-Prep will work closely with, and report to, the Head of the Preparatory School to ensure the holistic and academic development of pupils in line with the Preparatory School strategic plan. The post holder’s primary responsibilities are to take a key role in this overall strategic planning, to provide pastoral and academic leadership within the Pre-Prep School, to assist, support and advise on the day to day running of the School, and to ensure and promote the success of the School as an educational establishment with positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

The successful applicant will have experience of teaching in the 5-11 age range, and will display innovation, energy and drive. An approachable and enthusiastic personality is essential, as is a commitment to maintain the caring, supportive and aspirational ethos of the school.
