We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Prep School to build upon the existing achievements of the School whilst developing and implementing our bold Strategic Education Vision for this successful co-educational day and boarding Foundation.
You should be an experienced and effective leader with the ambition, drive and energy to further develop the School as well as support the Foundation as a whole. You will enjoy considerable autonomy in leading and managing the Prep School and will provide guidance and support to your management team and wider staff body, enabling them to deliver the best outcomes for our students.
You must be able to develop strong relationships with our key stakeholders, and the wider community, continually striving to maximise recruitment opportunities, and understand your part in the Foundation’s external relations development. The successful candidate will join a strong Foundation Management Group, led by the Headmaster.
Candidates should note that the position is a wide-ranging one, changing over time as strategic priorities are met and fresh objectives set. The post holder will require a strong and flexible commitment to the needs of the School and an interest in the development of all areas of school life. In making the appointment, particular regard will be given to the potential exhibited by candidates as well as to their experience.
