Hatton Academies Trust is seeking a dynamic and experienced Primary Leader to work with the three Trust primary academies and develop the future capacity of the Trust. The post holder will be a member of the Trust leadership team and will be responsible for raising aspiration and achievement in the primary academies. Hatton Academies Trust is a small multi-academy Trust led by Sir Christopher Hatton Academy. This is an Outstanding secondary academy with a developing Teaching School Alliance.

If you

  • have experience of effective senior management with a demonstrable track record of impact on improving primary outcomes
  • can provide strategic leadership and make a positive contribution to the vision and leadership of the Trust
  • challenge and support the leadership teams to ensure the highest quality of primary education to our pupils
