Malvern College Tokyo will be welcoming pupils from September 2023 and they are now seeking to appoint talented, enthusiastic, and energetic members of staff to join the founding team from August 2023.

The Head of Primary is a member of the School Management Team and is the senior educational leader in the Primary Section of the School. The HoP is charged with overseeing the day-to-day operations across the Early Years and Prep 1 to Prep 6. The Head of Primary is responsible for all aspects of the programme and works in close co-operation with colleagues in order to ensure that the PYP is effectively delivered. The HoP works with the Deputy Head, MYP Coordinator and DP Coordinator to ensure that there is continuity and planned progression in the pupils’ educational journey, and supportis the curriculum managers to ensure student well-being. Central to this role is the supervision and guidance of a team of Teachers and Educational Assistants who are collectively responsible for pupil learning and welfare in accordance with Malvern College Tokyo policies.
