Tes is supporting the appointment of an enthusiastic and dedicated Head of Provision for Deaf Students to join a highly successful Resourced Provision that has consistently achieved the very highest outcomes for students.

The school, based in Barnet, is an inclusive multi-cultural school with a commitment to the highest quality teaching and learning. They are passionate about education; students not only achieve outstanding exam results but experience an exceptional community programme. You will have the leadership skills, experience, ideas and drive to support the school in developing and implementing the next phase of the their development. 

They are seeking someone with:

  • The skills to lead a highly successful resourced provision.
  • A passion for teaching and learning and for the promotion “deaf friendly” teaching throughout the school.
  • The ability to motivate and inspire the department and students.
  • The ability to stimulate curiosity, interest and enjoyment in learning.
  • Creative teaching skills and a professional approach.
  • High expectations of students.
  • The determination to raise student achievement.
  • Team skills.
