At Wycliffe, A level Psychology is a hugely popular choice, providing the skills and critical thinking that prove so valuable in later life. An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead our small but successful and dynamic team, delivering the subject to a wide range of pupils.

We welcome applications from across all sectors and backgrounds. Wycliffe values diversity and seeks to be an inclusive community. What matters are your skills as a Psychology teacher, your ability to know what good teaching and learning look like, and your capacity to support the development of others. The ideal candidate will align these qualities with a determination to succeed and aspirational ambition for the pupils studying Psychology.

We will support you in your career with Wycliffe’s highly-regarded Teaching Philosophy that is based on evidence-informed practice, staff development and a passion for teaching and learning.

The College is justifiably proud of its outstanding co-curricular and pastoral provision and the successful candidate will be expected to discuss these areas at interview and explain how they will play a full part in them. College accommodation, suitable for a single person or couple, may be available for the first twelve months in post to support someone moving into the Gloucestershire area.

If you share our vision and want to work in an outstanding environment with a supportive Common Room, and relish the challenge of teaching the full range of ability levels, why not join us in our beautiful Gloucestershire home?
