Writtle University College is seeking to appoint a skilled manager to the post of Head of Quality (FE). We have a highly experienced FE team, experts in their chosen fields, who deliver strong outcomes across our provision. We are looking for an expert in quality assurance and improvement to lead the team, inspire confidence, and push the boundaries still further in this area. 

The key responsibility of this role is to provide efficient and effective leadership and management of the University College quality assurance systems for FE, and to work closely with Senior Management and the Head of Curriculum (FE) in promoting a culture of self-assessment and continuous improvement, in support of the University College’s strategic and operational objectives.  

This is an excellent opportunity for a proficient Quality Leader/Manager to play a key role in ensuring the quality of the student experience within FE, continuing to raise standards, and enhancing further the University College’s reputation for high-quality specialist education and training.

To succeed in your application, it is essential that you have a proven track record of managing and leading on quality within a Further Education institution, and are educated to at least degree level, or equivalent.
