We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, ambitious and dynamic leader who is committed to ensuring every child is stretched and challenged to reach their full potential.

This vacancy would suit an outstanding teacher who is passionate about teaching and learning and is driven to ensure the best outcomes for all students. You may not have a degree that is RE based, however it would be expected that you have experience of teaching RE up to GCSE.

We are proud of our students; their behaviour is excellent, and they want to learn and be successful.

Millfield is a school where teachers and leaders can flourish; hard work is recognised and rewarded.

We can offer you an induction and support programme. You will have access to, and lead on, high-quality CPL that is designed and delivered by colleagues who understand the school and our aims. Child Protection and Safeguarding

At Millfield, the welfare of the child is paramount. This school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

All staff should understand their responsibility to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Staff are responsible for their own actions and behaviour and should avoid any conduct which would lead any reasonable person to question their motivation and intentions. Staff should work, and be seen to work, in an open and transparent way.

Attitudes towards promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people will be scrutinised during the selection process for the post that you have applied for.
