We have a vacancy for an outstanding and highly motivated Head of School at Manor Longbridge.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented leader to join our large, vibrant school, which has two sites in East London.

Key objectives of the role are to:

  • lead, motivate, challenge and inspire the whole school community to strengthen the quality of education and maximise outcomes
  • lead, manage and develop an inclusive curriculum which demonstrates ambition for all pupils
  • lead and develop the practice of all staff ensuring well-being is at the centre of school life
  • have a strategic role in leading whole school improvement
  • lead the organisation of the school on a daily basis
  • deputise for the Executive Headteacher

The successful candidate will:

  • be innovative, creative and a strategic thinker
  • be friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching
  • have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 curriculum
  • be experienced in school improvement with a proven track record of success and strong leadership in developing teaching, learning and attainment
  • have the ability to lead other adults and work collaboratively as part of a team
