We have been in partnership with Monken Hadley since 2019 and have a strong record of nurturing school leadership, creating an exciting, modern learning community.

You will be responsible for school improvement, day-to-day operation and shared long term strategy to ensure we maintain our vibrant and joyful learning environment that is always seeking excellent outcomes for all. Key characteristics of the school are that we are a Google school (every child has a laptop or chromebook), we have just been accredited as a gold standard Children’s Rights school and that we have a close relationship with our local church.

This is a remarkable leadership opportunity to develop your career as the operational leader of the school alongside an experienced Executive Headteacher who will support you to quickly establish yourself as the core leader of the school.
