Job overview
Grange Academy is a special school for learners aged between 5 and 18 with a complex range of needs including moderate learning difficulties and autism. Grange was judged to be Good with Outstanding Leadership and Management in July 2017 by Ofsted. We are part of a local multi academy trust (MAT) of special schools called Bedford Inclusive Learning and Training Trust (BILTT). BILTT have submitted a bid to sponsor the new Special Free School in Bedfordshire.
Governors are looking to appoint a talented and inspirational Head of School who:

- has a proven track record of leading a dedicated team of professionals who are relentless in their pursuit of excellence

- has excellent relationship building and strategic leadership skills
