Due to the retirement of our Head at Springfield Primary School, the Governors and Board of the Challenger Multi Academy Trust are seeking to appoint an outstanding and inspiring Head of School for the summer term 2018.   

This is a perfect opportunity for a dynamic and talented leader, with a proven track record of raising achievement and improving teaching and learning in their school, to work with a great community of children, staff and parents at Springfield Primary School. 

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to the aims, values and ethos of The Challenger Multi Academy Trust – Embrace Challenge: Expect Excellence and a proven track record of delivering excellent outcomes for pupils.

This vacancy is a full time position with no fixed teaching commitment. There is, however, an expectation that the successful candidate can lead by example and has the skills to model high quality teaching and learning.
