The Head of School is accountable to the Board of Trustees and has overall responsibility for the leadership of the School – academic, administrative, and financial. The new Head of School will be an engaging and respected educational leader, with a track record of mentoring and developing faculty, revitalizing curriculum, encouraging students, and fostering a dynamic and healthy school community. The new Head of School will have significant administrative experience (including exposure to finance, fundraising, and strategic planning), ideally earned at the executive team level in an independent school. They will have demonstrated a commitment to academic excellence, and – most importantly – will be a person of unassailable integrity and character.

To explore this opportunity, please contact Colleen Keenan or Julia Robarts at saltus@odgersberndtson.com.  Consideration of candidates will commence in late spring 2021, with the new Head to take office in the summer of 2022. The successful candidate will be required to receive approval from the Bermuda Government prior to commencing employment.

In accordance with the Accessible Canada Act, 2019 and all applicable provincial accessibility standards, upon request, accommodation will be provided by Odgers Berndtson throughout the recruitment, selection and/or assessment process to applicants with disabilities.
