Solihull College & University Centre is searching for an inspirational Head of School to lead our thriving Construction and Built Environment programmes. In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for shaping the future of our students, ensuring they receive an exceptional education that prepares them for success in the ever-evolving construction industry.

The successful candidate will:

• Deliver a high-quality construction curriculum that enhances the life chances of our learners through critical self-assessment, excellent quality improvement planning and exceptional stakeholder relationships.

• Develop a construction business plan that considers the diversification and growth opportunities within the further education and construction sectors, fostering new and existing employer engagement. 

• Nurture a school culture that supports and encourages staff to perform at their highest level through strong communication and leadership.

A degree level relevant qualification and/or significant industry experience and relevant teaching qualification are also essential requirements for the role. A management along with a master’s qualification would be advantageous.
