Head of School

The Board of Governors and Executive Head of Beaumont Primary School are seeking to appoint a Head of School.  This is a new and exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to lead the operational management of the school and assist the Executive Head in her role as strategic lead.  This position will appeal to a wide range of applicants as the school is seeking an exceptional candidate who may have, in addition, recent expertise working at County/Borough level with school inspection and improvement.

We are looking for someone who is an outstanding and innovative practitioner, able to motivate and inspire staff and pupils, who will contribute to the educational vision, direction and ethos that secures effective teaching and successful learning and achievement by pupils.  The Head of School will lead curriculum development and innovation, ensuring creativity and the use of appropriate technologies to achieve excellence.
