Due to the retirement of our well respected Head of School at Seaton Primary, the Governors and Executive Head Teacher of the Axe Beacon Federation are seeking to appoint an outstanding and inspiring Head of School for September 2017.

This is a perfect opportunity for a dynamic and talented leader, with a proven track record of raising achievement and improving teaching and learning in their school, to work with a great community of children, staff and parents at Seaton Primary School.

Seaton Primary School is the largest of four vibrant, creative and supportive schools that make up the Axe Beacon Federation, a group of schools where children and adults learn together. We have come together under one governing body with a Leadership Team of an Executive Headteacher, four Heads of School and a Federation Business Manager.

This vacancy is a full time position with no fixed teaching commitment. There is however, an expectation that the successful candidate can lead by example and has the skills to model high quality teaching and learning.
