We are looking for an inspirational Head of School for Digital Technologies and Professional Services who can take the lead on vocational and career focused provision which currently includes T levels, Business, Digital Technologies, and Accounting. The area provides curriculum for young people and adults.

This unique opportunity is for a collaborative, aspirational and motivated individual, forward thinking and visionary, looking to develop the school of Digital and Professional studies further.

The post holder will lead a team of staff and demonstrate excellent communication skills and have strong leadership capabilities. The post holder must be willing to support the College’s Digital strategy and eLearning initiatives. In addition, you should be an outstanding practitioner, expert in digital technologies and be keen, enthused and motivated by new and emerging technologies and can motivate and engage students.

The department is well sourced to meet the needs of all learners, having undergone a complete refurbishment and significant investment in new labs, resources, and digital facilities, incorporating VR/AR, design, networking, immersive linked rooms and cyber learning areas. Digital and Professional services forms one of the core curriculum areas and is part of the College’s estate, curriculum, growth, and strategic plans.
