Following the successful establishment of ACS Doha in Qatar, the school is at an exciting stage in its development. We are seeking a Head of School to take this school to its next important phase of development and further improve the excellent educational outcomes of our students.

ACS Doha was founded in 2011, and has since grown from 150 to over 900 students aged 3-18 from more than 50 countries. We are very pleased to announce that the school will move to a new, larger, purpose built site in 2019 accommodating 2,400 students. The new Head of School will lead the transition of this new and exciting development.

We are looking for an experienced K-12 Head of School who is seeking a new challenge and has significant experience of academic, strategic and commercial leadership, as well as management of an international school. About ACS International School Doha - Umm Salal Muhammed Campus

 Opened in 2011, ACS Doha International School teaches a curriculum on the Early Years Foundation Stage, IB Middle Years Programme, and IB Diploma Programme. ACS Doha is also a candidate to teach the IB Primary Years Programme. The school is co-educational, teaching students between the ages of 3-18. School facilities include science & IT labs, music & art rooms, integrated learning hubs, an indoor pool & sports hall, and specialised play areas. Extra-curricular activities include cooking, kickball, chess, swimming, crafts, and book club. 

The city of Doha is the capital of Qatar and its most populous city, with 1.3 million residents in the city itself. In 2019 the school will move to a campus in Al Kheesa, which will be 60,000 m2 and more than five times larger than the existing campus. The new build will be designed by internationally renowned architects, Broadway Malyan, and have a capacity for 2,470 students. ACS also operate three private schools in England, the campuses of Egham, Cobham, and Hillingdon. Each school has its own mascot, with ACS Doha represented by the Dolphins.
